Cake Flavours
A dense, chocolate mud cake.
Best filled With Nutella, Raspberry Filling, Coffee Cream, Cookies & Cream, Dulce de Leche Or Salted Caramel Sauce.
A dense, rich white chocolate mud cake.
Great with all fillings especially the fruity ones! If you have a sweet tooth: biscoff, nutella, salted caramel. For something subtle: coffee cream, dulce de leche.
Extremely light and fluffy vanilla sponge - not a super dense/moist cake due to its sponginess.
Great with all fillings especially the fruity ones! If you have a sweet tooth: Salted caramel or Banoffee. For something subtle: coffee cream, cookies & cream, or dulce de leche. Nutella and biscoff is too thick for the cake consistency in our opinion.
*PLEASE NOTE: this flavour cannot be iced very well as a multi-tier, 4 layer cake, semi naked cake, or number cake due to its sponginess. Cracks in the icing will be your worst enemy if you select vanilla sponge for anything other than a 2 or 3 layer cake.
Melt in the mouth moist red velvet cake with a hint of raspberry flavour.
Add cream cheese filling to make it traditional (for the savoury lovers) or cookies & cream for a little crunch.
If you don't like cake but LOVE fudgey brownie! We can decorate over a brownie layers like we do with our cakes for any 2 layer cake styles only. We recommend Biscoff or Nutella for the filling.
PLEASE NOTE: These cakes are made with brownie layers, not cake. Therefore they are harder than cake and will require storage for a minimum of 3-4 hours at room temp to soften enough to cut before eating. Be prepared for a bit of a brownie mess!

Lemon Curd (GF/Ve), Blueberry Filling (GF/Ve), Raspberry Curd (GF/Ve), Salted Caramel Sauce (GF), Biscoff Spread (Ve), Nutella (GF), Cream Cheese (Recommended For Red Velvet- GF), Strawberry Filling (GF/Ve), Cherry Filling (GF/Ve), Cookies & Cream, Pistachio Raspberry (GF/Ve), Matcha Strawberry (GF/Ve), Raspberry & Lemon Swirl, Coffee Cream, Dulce de Leche, Banoffee (we recommend vanilla cake flavour only).
Fillings cost $11 extra depending On cake size. Some fillings Are not Gf/Vegan Friendly. If no filling is selected, the cake layers will have swiss meringue buttercream between them instead.
All of our cakes are filled and covered using our light and subtly sweet swiss meringue buttercream. If your preference is for the sweeter American buttercream, we can recommend other bakers who uses this as their base icing. If no filling is selected for your cake, the layers will be filled with this icing.
Allergic to cake?
We offer gluten-free (GF), vegan, and GF/Vegan cakes and cupcakes in vanilla and chocolate flavours.
These cakes are sponges, not mud cakes.
We DO cater for customers with Gluten-free, nut free, dairy free and egg free PREFERENCES, however, Perth Cake Collective is not a Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, and/or Dairy-Free kitchen. Please be aware of this when ordering and before serving your cake/cupcakes to your guests. We do not take responsibility for negative allergy related issues or outcomes as we physically cannot specifically cater for allergies. If your guests are aware of the risk, we will always endeavour to ensure no contamination occurs during the making of your order.
All GF & Vegan products incur a a fee of $11-26.50 depending on the size.
