PLEASE NOTE:
Changes to your orders take our small team time that we quite often don’t have, and can increase the chances of errors. Please do not order your cake until you are 100% sure on the colours/text/size you need. Any changes will incur a $10 admin fee. All cakes ordered after Monday 5pm incur a rush fee of $11. Refunds incur a $25 admin/processing fee to cover the charges from our payment platforms. We would much prefer giving you a credit for future use so that you don’t have to pay this fee.

Sizing

Mini = 6" x 2 layer (10" board)

Standard = 8" x 2 layer (12" board)

Medium = 10" x 2 layer (14" board)

Large = 12" x 2 layer (16" board)

*All serving sizes are based on dessert slices (1” x 2”).

Please note that actual quantities may vary, depending on the person cutting the cake. Visit our FAQs for a guide to cutting your cake.

Layer heights:

2 layer cakes = 3-4" tall (excl. toppers)

4 layer cakes =8-10" tall (excl. toppers)

Example:

2 tier (5”x 4 layer/ 7” x 4 layer cakes) = 16-20" tall

Packaging

All cakes are decorated on a square white board & packaged in a box with a viewing window on top. If you would prefer a round board, please specify in the description box. We do recommend square to protect the detailed piping during transport. All cakes are made to order and created by humans, not machines. There may be slight variances in colour and decoration, but we will always do our best to match it exactly!
