PLEASE NOTE:
Changes to your orders take our small team time that we quite often don’t have, and can increase the chances of errors. Please do not order your cake until you are 100% sure on the colours/text/size you need. Any changes will incur a $10 admin fee. Refunds incur a $25 admin/processing fee to cover the charges from our payment platforms. We would much prefer giving you a credit for future use so that you don’t have to pay this fee. Sizing

Mini = 6" x 2 layer (9" board)

Standard = 8" x 2 layer (11" board)

Medium = 10" x 2 layer (14" board)

Large = 12" x 2 layer (16" board)

*All serving sizes are based on dessert slices (1” x 2”).

Please note that actual quantities may vary, depending on the person cutting the cake. Visit our FAQs for a guide to cutting your cake.

Layer heights:

2 layer cakes = 3-4" tall (excl. toppers)

4 layer cakes =8-10" tall (excl. toppers)

Example:

2 tier (5”x 4 layer/ 7” x 4 layer cakes) = 16-20" tall

Packaging

All round cakes are decorated on a round board and lovehearts on a square board (to protect the icing after collection) & packaged in a box with a viewing window on top. If you require a certain shaped board, please make sure to request it with your order. All cakes are made to order and created by humans, not machines. There may be slight variances in colour and decoration, but we will always do our best to match it exactly!
